Henrik Pfluger ist der Gründer der Firma. Er hat bereits langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich VoIP. Während seines Studiums der Technischen Information an der Universität Mannheim entwickelte er bereits 1998 eine der erfolgreichsten, und wahrscheinlich Deutschlands erste VoIP Software namens buddyphone. Buddyphone erlaubte dem Benutzer kostenlose Gespräche weltweit. Seit 1998 wurde buddyphone mehr als 2 Millionen mal heruntergeladen.

2004 hat er sein Studium an der Universität Hamburg beendet und konzentrierte sich schnell wieder auf VoIP. Er gründete die Bellshare GmbH, einen innovativen VoIP Provider, welcher 2004 als erstes Produkt bellshare, Internettelefonie für Privatanwender, veröffentlichte. Bellshare bietet als einer der ersten Anbieter Funktionen wie Stay Connected an. Stay Connected ermöglicht mehrere VoIP Konten verschiedener Anbieter auf einem Telefon zu bündeln.

Derzeit konzentriert er sich auf die Leitung der Firma und Entwicklung von neuen und innovativen VoIP Services.

Henrik Pfluger is the founder of the company. He already has a firm background in the industry of VoIP. During his study of computer engineering at the University of Mannheim, Germany, he developed one of the most succesfull, and probably Germany's first VoIP software clients in 1998, called buddyphone. Buddyphone allowed customers to make calls worldwide for free. Since 1998 buddyphone has been downloaded more than 2 million times.

In 2004 he finished his studies at the University of Hambug, Germany and soon began to refocus on the field of VoIP by founding Bellshare GmbH, an innoative VoIP provider, offering its first product bellshare in 2004, a residential internet phone service. Bellshare offers some features being first in the VoIP industry, like the Stay Connected Service, which allows to centrally collect different VoIP accounts for use from a single phone.

Currently he focuses on driving the company and developing new and innovative services in VoIP.
